KUAH KAKAP KUNING

Material :

4 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
1 1 bay leaf
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
250 gr. Snapper, clean cut into 3 parts
200 ml water
2 leeks, sliced 3 cm length
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 red tomatoes, cut to taste

Ground spices :

3 red chilies
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
6 red onions
2 cm turmeric, fuel
3 cm ginger
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp sugar

How to make :
Heat oil and saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal and sera, cook until fragrant smell.
Enter the fish, mix until stiff fish. Add leeks and cook while stirring until wilted
Pour water, bring to a boil
Season with lemon juice, mix well. Add the tomatoes and cook until all ingredients cooked.
